Divinity: Original Sin 2 - is a fantasy role-playing game with turn-based strategy elements.

The events take place 1000 years after the events of the first part of the game. All the gods have weakened. The world is on the brink of destruction by the forces of the Void. Masters of the Holy Order, with the support of the ruler, hunt mages, placing them in a special prison. The game begins with the fact that the ship on which the main character is sailing to this prison has an accident.

The gameplay consists in the fact that the main character in the company of his companions moves around the game world, performing various story missions and tasks. Companions of the hero can be controlled both by other people (cooperative mode) and artificial intelligence (single user mode).

At the beginning of the game, you need to choose a race and character for your character. The gameplay depends on this choice. The course of the game is also affected by which companions you take to your team.
