Crysis is a sci-fi first-person shooter.

Events unfold in the near future near the coast of China on one of the islands where an ancient spaceship of aliens was discovered.

The main character is a fighter of the US special forces with the call sign "Nomad". He has to conduct combat operations with North Korean troops, as well as aliens. The events take place mainly in the jungle. All tasks in the game are non-linear, that is, each of them can be completed in several ways.

The main character has a large selection of futuristic weapons and equipment at his disposal. A special place is occupied by his suit. In addition to protection from injuries, it is able to make its wearer invisible or very strong and fast for a certain time. Most weapons can be modified by installing different sights, silencers, underbarrel grenade launchers, etc.
