Back 4 Blood is a multiplayer first-person shooter in the style of zombie apocalypse and survival horror.

The events take place in a world where most of humanity has become infected and turned into terrible monsters. A group of people, called Cleaners, gathered in a team to fight zombies. They make their way through a dynamic, dangerous world, destroying hordes of monsters.

Gameplay-wise, Back 4 Blood is a 4-player co-op shooter. There is also an 8-player mode, in which one team of 4 plays as humans, the other as monsters.

An interesting feature of the game is the card system, which randomly determines the distribution of forces and the difficulty of the game. At the beginning of each level, players must assemble their own decks of cards that determine the character's abilities (health, damage, stamina, etc.). In addition to the player cards, the artificial intelligence uses its own system of cards that determine the conditions of the game world (the number of enemies, the presence of fog, etc.).
