Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is a first-person shooter from the Call of Duty series (the sixth game).

The player takes part in military operations on the side of regular troops and special forces of several countries on the territory of Russia, Kazakhstan, Brazil, Afghanistan, and the USA. In terms of gameplay, the game is a standard linear shooter. The tasks in the missions are different, but almost always everything boils down to firefights, clearing the territory from the enemy, destroying various military equipment. There are also missions that require covert movement or travel by car, snowmobile, or boat.

The choice of weapons is huge. The game has its own achievement system, which involves issuing special badges to the player for completing certain missions. At the same time, these achievements do not give any advantages when playing the game.
