The plot of the game is based on the novel "Balance" by the Polish writer Pawel Lesniak. The main character (Desmond) is a man who made a deal with the devil and got superhuman abilities, turning into a hellish executioner. He finds himself in the center of a conflict between angels and demons. Each of the sides is trying to drag him to their side, because he is the one who can determine the outcome of the war and decide the fate of our world.

The game world has a "corridor" structure and consists of various locations. During the game, Desmond will have to visit a variety of places (Hell, Jerusalem, Miami, etc.). Desmond can appear as a human, or he can transform into a demon.

The combat system is based on the use of hand-to-hand techniques and extraordinary abilities of the hero. At the same time, the game has a character development system. The game is intended for one player.
