Shadows: Awakening - is a fantasy game in the genre of action / RPG.

The events take place in a gloomy medieval world. The main character is a demon who agreed to save the world. In order to operate not only in the shadow world, but also in the real world, he can absorb the souls of various creatures and inhabit their bodies. Thanks to this feature, the player can have several characters at his disposal at the same time, transforming into any of them at any moment of the game.

At the beginning of the game, the main character has only one body at his disposal, but gradually their number increases. The maximum number of simultaneously available characters is 4. At the same time, the demon itself and the very first body cannot be changed. For the rest of the places during the game, you can take any other heroes you meet in the game world.
