Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey is a third-person action adventure with elements of a survival simulator.

The plot is devoted to the early stages of human development. The events take place between 10 and 2 million years ago. The game world is open for free movement, colorful, but very brutal. The player has to be in the role of human ancestors, "living through" several episodes of the development of primitive society.

To move to each next level of evolution, you need to explore the world, improve your skills, and develop your clan.

As in real life, you will have to move a lot, fight with animals, hunt, sleep, drink, eat, improve your weapons, come up with ways to survive in various difficult situations.
