Killing Floor 3 is a first-person shooter with survival and horror elements.

The player takes on the role of a member of a team of fighters who repel the attack of zombie-like creatures. The game takes place in the form of matches, during each of which it is necessary to repel the attack of an invasion of attackers. The number of attackers depends on the size of the team of fighters. In between matches, you can replenish supplies, improve weapons and ammunition.

The player can choose a fighter class from among several available options. The combat mechanics depend on this. You can play in both single player and multiplayer modes.
